If you are the original purchaser of the Product and you are not satisfied with this product, you may return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery and receive a full refund. However, all returns must first be authorized by a TrackR agent. To submit a return request, click here

***products resold by unauthorized retailers are not covered by warranty
