What is the status of TrackR atlas?

First, let me apologize that it has taken so long for us to provide you with an update. I've spent some time digging into our product development roadmap and made a decision that we will not be bringing TrackR atlas to market. 

We would like to return your money but it's not as simple as just issuing a refund. To protect your privacy, we do not store your credit card information in our system. To process your refund securely, we need to speak with you on the phone. It will take no more than five minutes, and will help us get your money back to you more quickly.

The TrackR atlas product as it was being developed would not have delivered the experience in your home that we were working toward, and would not have met the standard of excellence to which we are now holding ourselves. We believe that your home deserves an exceptional experience, but TrackR atlas didn't quite hit these ambitious expectations. 

We are genuinely grateful for your faith in our product, and thankful to everyone who participated in user surveys and beta testing as we tried to make TrackR atlas a reality. It really has been inspiring to hear from you about how to make a truly useful product. 

I am excited about what the future holds for TrackR. The next time you hear from me, it certainly will be to share better news.
