How do I get my TrackR to connect to a new phone?

You can connect your TrackR to your new phone by following the steps below.

1. Download the TrackR app on your new phone. You can download the app for iOS here, or for Android here.

2. Remove the battery from your TrackR. You can see how to remove the battery from the TrackR bravo here -> How To Open Battery Tray on TrackR bravo and for the TrackR pixel click here -> How to open the TrackR pixel

3. Reinsert the battery after 20 seconds. 

4. Open the TrackR app.

5. Read the on-screen slides and press "next" until you reach the "Pick your TrackR" menu.

6. Select the type of TrackR you are pairing with your new phone (bravo, wallet, etc)

7. When the "Activate your TrackR" screen appears, press the button on the face of your TrackR, then select "Pair" in the pop-up box that appears. 

8. Select the icon that matches the item you are putting your TrackR on.

If you have more TrackR's to pair with your phone after completing the instructions above, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the battery from your other TrackR. You can see how to remove the battery from the TrackR bravo here and for the TrackR pixel click here -> How to open the TrackR pixel

2. Reinsert the battery after 20 seconds.

3. Open the TrackR app then click the icon in the top right corner that looks like three squares stacked on top of each other. This will slide in the "Select a device" menu.

4. Click "Add New Device." 

5. Select the type of TrackR you are pairing with your new phone. (TrackR bravo, wallet, etc)

6. When the "Activate your TrackR" screen appears, press the button on the face of your TrackR, then select "Pair" in the pop-up box that appears. 

7. Select the icon that matches the item you are putting your TrackR on.

Repeat the process above for each additional TrackR you would like to pair with your phone.
