My TrackR does not respond when I am trying to pair it.

If your TrackR does not respond after you press its button, when trying to pair or ring your phone, then most likely you have a dead battery. If this is a new TrackR that you recently received and are trying to set up, then please contact customer support and explain that you need a replacement battery - they will be happy to help! On occasion, a battery will be dead upon arrival and we will gladly send you the necessary replacement batteries. If your TrackR app is simply displaying a low battery indicator or shows a red battery icon with an exclamation mark, then please choose the 'order battery' option to have a free battery sent to you.
