If your TrackR is not connecting properly to your phone or tablet, please see the following troubleshooting suggestions:
1) Please press the button on your TrackR to see if your TrackR produces and auditory or visual response. If your TrackR does not respond, please click here.
2) If your TrackR made a high beep and then a low beep (beep boop), please click here.
3) While TrackR is compatible with the majority of smartphones and tablets, there are a handful of devices that have shown to have connection issues with the TrackR app. If you are experiencing poor connectivity, and a reset did not resolve the issue, please check the list of incompatible phones.
