If your TrackR is not connecting properly to your phone or tablet then there is a couple of things to check on.
1) Please press the button on your TrackR to see if your TrackR gives a response. If your TrackR did not respond then please click here.
2) If your TrackR made a high beep and then a low beep (beep boop), then please click here.
3) While TrackR is compatible with the majority of smartphones and tablets, there are a handful of devices that have shown to have connection issues with the TrackR app. If you are experiencing poor connectivity, and a reset did not resolve the issue, please check the list of incompatible phones.
